Prophets of Rage Share Michael Moore-Directed “Unfuck the World” Video: Watch

Prophets of Rage—the supergroup featuring members of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill—have officially released their new single “Unfuck the World,” the first from a forthcoming debut album. (They debuted the track at a recent show in Chile.) As they hinted, the video is directed by the Oscar-winning documentarian Michael Moore. The clip, as you might imagine, is full of political imagery. Trump appears plenty of times, as do clips of protests, that infamous Pepsi ad, meat grinders, the Kardashians, drone strikes, Flint’s water plant, and more. There are also clips from Prophets’ live shows. Watch it below.

“I am thrilled to once again be working with my old friends and comrades in the struggle for a just world,” Moore said in a statement. “Prophets Of Rage is the right band, saying the right shit, at this very critical moment. This music video is our collective battle cry against those who seek to harm the innocent and the powerless. I am proud to have directed this video and I ask all who see it do their part to unfuck this world. ALL HANDS ON DECK!”

Eagles of Death Metal Recorded 2 Songs With Kesha

Eagles of Death Metal guitarist Dave Catching released his debut solo album Shared Hallucinations Pt. 1 earlier this month. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Catching discussed his new album and gave an update on what’s going on with Eagles of Death Metal. At one point, he revealed that the whole band recorded two songs with Kesha for her forthcoming album. “She used to come to Eagles shows when she was 16,” Catching said. “She was always a big fan. Then I remember we got back from Europe ... and she was on every magazine cover when we landed from a tour. It was really amazing.”

Shared Hallucinations Pt. 1 is Catching’s first release following the 2015 terrorist attack at an Eagles of Death Metal show at Paris’ Bataclan. In the interview, he also discusses joining U2 onstage in Paris, his reaction to the bombing at Ariana Grande’s show in Manchester, and more. Read it here.
