EMA (former Gowns frontwoman Erika M. Anderson) has shared a new song for the Our First 100 Days compilation. It’s called “Stand With You (Song For Ghostship)”; as the title implies, it’s dedicated to the victims of the Oakland warehouse fire that claimed 36 lives back in December. Check it out below. EMA has also tweeted some notes about her grief following the Ghost Ship fire, as well as an update on her “political” new album, which arrives later this year on City Slang. Find those below as well. EMA’s last studio album, The Future’s Void, arrived in 2014. She scored Tara Subkoff’s film #Horror in 2015.
