Early this morning, Frank Ocean aired a new episode of “blonded RADIO,” his recurring show on Beats 1. Reruns of the two-hour show will air at 6 a.m. Eastern and again at 9 a.m.; the show is likely to be archived for playback today. Premiered on today’s installment was A$AP Rocky’s new track “RAF,” on which Frank, Migos’ Quavo, and Lil Uzi Vert feature. The episode—which Frank co-presented alongside regular hosts Vegyn and Roof Access—also included a previously unreleased, extended solo version of “Biking” (which originally featured Jay Z and Tyler, the Creator) at the 14-minute mark. There’s also music by LCD Soundsystem, Miley Cyrus, Burial, Erykah Badu, and the Beatles, who got a special shout-out for inspiring Blonde.
Previous episodes of the show featured the premieres of new songs “Slide on Me,” “Lens,” and “Chanel.” Frank Ocean recently announced that he is canceling his headlining performance at this year’s Sasquatch! and Hangout festivals, due to “production delays beyond his control.” He will be replaced by LCD Soundsystem at Sasquatch! and Phoenix at Hangout.
