Haim and Katy Perry have been announced as upcoming musical guests for “Saturday Night Live.” Haim will perform on the May 13 episode, with host Melissa McCartney. Perry is on the next week, May 20, with Dwayne Johnson as host. The episodes come after LCD Soundsystem make their “SNL” debut on May 6. Haim recently teased their follow-up to 2013’s excellent Days Are Gone with a short trailer that features Danielle Haim playing a drum-beat. In a second trailer, they teased the date April 27. They have also erected new billboards around the world emblazoned with the band members’ faces. Revisit Pitchfork’s interview with Haim.
